Pre-Eclampsia: Need to see your doctor soon to be evaluated for pre-eclampsia. Depending what your non pregnant normal blood pressure was, your pregnant blood pressure may be relatively elevated for you. It is also wise to keep a daily blood pressure log at home with morning and evening readings, and readings when you have an abnormal symptoms. See doctor soon.
