Several possibilitie: All these activities increase venous blood pressure during the action so it may be normal especially if you cough frequently. May also indicate inflammation throughout the sinuses particularly if there is nasal congestion or drainage. Make sure your blood pressure is normal. If body mass index over 40 may indicate benign intracranial hypertension.
