Possibly: Large ventricles could be due to age related changes or due to increased intracrainal pressure or due to poor CSF circulation. Your symptoms could be related to the ventricles or could be related to other things such as elevated rbc, hemoglobin and hematocrit (polycythemia) or increased inside chest pressure. See your physician for appropriate work-up and referrals.
