Thyroid test?: What are the TSH and free T4 values? If they are abnormal, you need adjustment on the thyroid dose. Obviously, you need vitamin d3 supplement since vit d3 has both immune regulatory and anti-inflammatory plus other beneficial functions. Your symptoms suggest that your levothyroxine dose may be too low but this requires a blood test to verify.
