Possibly: When some people become stressed they may lose their appetite and miss meals.

Variable, but it can: Some people lose their appetite and weight when stressed; others eat more and gain weight. What do do? Explore the causes of your stress and learn to deal with them. It may help to work with a psychologist or other psychotherapist on this. There are also methods you can do on your own, like breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, and tai chi. All of these can be centering and calming.
