Well yes: Any weight loss from stress and anxiety is too much and is a good reason to take a step back, analyze the problem and either eliminate the stressor if possible or learn de-stressing techniques such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness exercises, therapy, exercise, sometimes medication when needed, perhaps massage, perhaps a vacation; it all depends on the situation and what works for you.
