Exercise dieting: Yes, but it depends on your goal. If your goal is too loose weight, it does decreasing your calorie intake and boosting your metabolism. Only doing one of these will limit your results. If your goal is simply to exercise, at some point, your exercise results will be limited by the quality of the nutrition you are ingesting. This is more for true athletes, but you need certain fuel to perform.
