Nutrition & exercise: Congratulations on losing 10 pounds over 2 months. That's just a bit more than 1 pound/wk which is what we recommend. You're doing nothing wrong & everything right! we suggest eating less (but still healthy) & exercising enough (high intensity interval training is latest rage) to achieve 500kcal/d deficit daily which is 3, 500kcal/wk which is 1 pound. Keep up the hard work!

Depends?: There are several types of diets? Not all of them are effective. We advice eating small balanced diets with glycemic index carbohydrates, lean meat, vegetables, minimizing processed food and sodas . If your bmi is above 27 consider talking to a bariatrician . Continue excercise.
