Foods/portions: The issue is not just foods: certainly fresh meat, fish, poultyr, fruit and vegetables. Tricking your body into feeling full with fiber ( cereals, grains, nuts ) and water ( 8-10 glasees/day) PLUS daily high and low impact burst interval aerobics and a positive self image ( a photo of yorself looking at your best )-try these simple tools. Small fist sized portions of food ( 6-8/day)-good luck!
