Dizzy?: If you get dizzy at 90 mIn of exercise stop before then. Buy a wrist BP monitor and a glucose monitor tomorrow AM and the next time you feel that way check yourself right away. You will immediately know whether it's happening because your BP has dropped precipitously or if your blood sugar has dropped precipitously. You can then talk to your doc about that.

Exercise for 60: minutes is good. Beyond that, depending on what exercise you are doing, creates higher risk of joint damage showing up later in life. Cross train w/low impact exercise such as swimming if possible. Power walk and run alternately. Peace and good health. Check w/your doc and consider low carb food plan.
