Abd ultrasound: I'm having a complete abdominal ultra sound tomorrow could you tell me if my female organs will be looked at in this test? ANS: that would be expected but depends on what local definition of "complete" is.

Not necessarily: Usually the request to look at the female organs is done with a "pelvic" ultrasound. So if you want the pelvic organs looked at be sure they specify abdominal and pelvic ultrasound otherwise the pelvic (female) organs may not be fully visualized.
