Unclear question: More than 80% of Hep B infections resolve without lasting damage to the liver. You need to be tested for presence of active Hep B infection, your doctor would know which tests to order. It is not feasible to ascertain the cause of pain without examining you and that is all the more reason for you to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
