It's good: it's good to not have torn or otherwise diseased soft tissues of your upper arm. I'm assuming you had an MRI or ultrasound, because those are the tests that visualize soft tissue. Tendoniditis. That can often be helped by exercise, manual therapy, activity modification. Find a good physical therapist and follow through with their recomendations, and follow up with your doc about it.
