Diet wrong term!: You mean life-style change. For people with an apple build, nothing beats a low-carb/ low-glycemic index diet. For pears, low calorie, gih fiber diets are thec best. For quick weight loss, low calorie will produce short term results, but with hypocaloric weight loss, you lose one pound of muscle per three pounds of fat. It becomes harder to get back the muscle and keep of the fat.
