Can any doc tell me what's the connection of preeclampsia to uterine atony?

PREECLAMPSIA / UTERI: Preeclampsia is when a pregnant mother is complicated with HPN and at risk during pregnancy. Uterine atony is when the pregnant mother have a hard time delivering baby due to lack of contraction of the uterus (atony).
