I'm curious what could happen if you have a bad posture? will you have back problems later on?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Increases stresses: across your back, and joints. And predisposes you to having future issues with your back, also makes it easier to hurt your back. Try your best to assume a good posture as you only will have one back for the rest of your life, so take care of it well. Do not smoke, maintain a good body weight.
