No good substitute: Doubt your ear problem is related to the postural drainage but more to your nasal congestion. First make sure that you are using your Nasonex (mometasone) correctly and that you are aiming the nozzle towards the sides and not the center of the nose. If this doesn't help after a few days . Then you need to ask your doctor to prescribe something else for you.
