Usually nine: Most men will find they have prostate cancer due to an abnormal psa test, only when prostate cancer is very advanced do we sees symptoms....Many think psa is the reason we now see many fewer men with cancer that has already spread.

No symptoms: most of the time it is asymptomatic. In its late stages there can be poor urine flow, painful urination, or blood in the urine.
