Are there any otc options to help control adhd symptoms? my doctor approved taking occasional drug holidays if i wanted to. i enjoy not taking it bc i feel more like myself without it (personality, creativity) but im hesitant bc of the crash i get

ADHD: I agree with Dr. Goldenberg. I will tell you that I have some patients who are using cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES) (off -label use) and have found it helpful. ADHD is not an FDA indication for CES use.
