Meds not working: If the medications are not working, please consider a re-evaluation of whatever is going on. For example, hypothyroidism may be a factor in anyone complaining of "brain fog" without other symptoms being apparent.

Brain Fog: The term " brain fog " is confusing, to say the least. Lack of concentration and memory problems are common to many psychiatric conditions, and caused by medications too. A proper cognitive testing will yield better results than an opinion from anyone you trust. Neurocognitive testing by a phd specilazed in the field, including projective testing and neurological studies might be ecessary.
