Depends: Lexapro is a medication for depression, anxiety or ocd; Risperdal is typically for hallucinations, unusual thinking, or tics; Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is for allergies. Depending on doses, side-effects could be light-headed, tired, stiff, tremulous, or sluggish (risperdal), develop dry mouth and feel tired (benadryl), and have reduced libido or sexual performance (Lexapro and risperdal).

Multiple: sounds like your doctor is treating depression/anxiety, psychosis or possibly mood stability, and EPS (side effect) prophylaxis with the benadryl (diphenhydramine).
