Doubtful: Blood clots don't/can't "roll around"....By definition if you think about it. A blood clot is stationary and obstructs a blood vessel. This would then, cause a lot of pain due to lack of oxygen to the tissues and rapid swelling from fluid leaking out into the leg in the area of the clot. Bottom line is "doubt it.".
