A member asked:

Last week i woke up with sharp pain on my heel at the bottom of my foot and couldn't really walk on it from pain. i also felt slight pain in my outer thigh and like a feeling of a tight muscle. today i can't move my tiny pinky toe..what's happening?

I assume there has been no injury. You may have plantar fasciitis which causes severe heel tenderness. I recommend taking an anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen or naproxen, elevation of your leg & keeping pressure of the heel, applying ice. and getting examined by your physician or a podiatrist.
