Foot twitching: Please find out what is going on by seeing your doc. If he/she rules out medical condition consider taking magnesium, which can help muscle twitches. I see that you have had foot surgery. Be sure to mention that to doc. Peace and good health.

Twitching throughout body. However, twitching in left foot when lying down that gets worse when lying on right side. If I lift leg high enough the twitching stops. If I put it back down it starts again. Possibly cause?
