my lower left leg, extending to my foot, won't stop twitching for some reason lately. it's like a "creepy crawly feeling" all the time. causes??

Foot twitching: Please find out what is going on by seeing your doc. If he/she rules out medical condition consider taking magnesium, which can help muscle twitches. I see that you have had foot surgery. Be sure to mention that to doc. Peace and good health.
