I do not know what: Is available in india, but you need some long-term residential treatment, where you can be in a safe environment where you can not obtain your drugs of choice. There are likely underlying psychiatric issues as well, and these can be evaluated and treated by appropriate mental health professionals. Once sober, the neuropathy may improve, or medication can be tried (neurontin, lyrica). Good luck.
