Suppression: Unusual that an individual was started on trt at the age of 44. There is no specific risk if your treatment was appropriately implemented, other than infertility (by way of "-" feedback inhibition, if you had normal spermatogenesis at age 44). Your follow-up test should include a hct and cholesterol: while trt should put you at your "usual" chol risk, erythrocytosis can make your blood "thicker".
