See below: Cholestyramine is used to eliminate the presence of an MS drug called Aubagio, if it needs to be stopped, but does not affect MS in any way or fashion. Several gut conditions can cause neurological issues, including pernicious anemia, Celiac disease, Whipples disease, etc.
