Dx crohns disease 20 years ago. doctor said active and have short bowel syndrome from two previous resections. he suggested neurological symptoms could be due to this. could this be the likely cause?

Need lots more info: We would need a whole lot more info to even start to delve into your question. What type of neurologic symptoms are we talking about. How long had symptoms? Where in intestinal tract were your resections? Are you taking any meds or vitamins. There can be instances where bowel resections can lead to vitamin deficiencies. which in turn can cause neurologic problems. Need to confirm with doc! ⁹
