Seek evaluation : When chest pain is coupled with shortness of breath immediate evaluation is prudent. If you primary care provider can't see you, an urgent care clinic can. Chest pain can be pneumonia, pleurisy, pulmonary embolism, asthma etc. Proper diagnosis requires a face to face evaluation.
