Had sinus surgery 1 week ago. no problems before surgery. chest x-ray ok.blood test for dimer ok. oxygen 99% short of breath. what could it be?

Shortness of breath: You could be short of breath from the surgery. Sometimes after sinus surgery you have swelling and that may make you feel short of breath. Your oxygen saturation is good so it is likely not from low oxygen.
