See a doctor ASAP: Chest pain is a symptom which should never be ignored. At your age the chances are that it is nothing too severe, but there are possibilities that can be life-threatening. Go see somebody now and get diagnosed and severe illness excluded.

CP SOB: There can be many different causes of CP and sob. Most worrisome is usually a blood clot or a heart attack. You will need to get this checked out right away.
