I am finding myself swallowing down the "wrong pipe" at least 2-4 times a week. i rarely have a bubbling feeling in chest when i breath in.i am scared?

Time to see doctor: A young, healthy person who then gets such symptoms should be evaluated to see what is causing the problem. The person can write down his symptoms and take the information to his primary care doctor... such as when the symptoms began, what makes them worse or better, what happens when lying down, any liquid coming up at night, any history of stomach reflux, etc...
