Absolutely not: That is an extremely high alkaline phosphatase level and has nothing to do with growth spurts. This test needs repeating and if still that elevated requires a thorough evaluation asap. If all other liver enzymes are normal, the alk phos may be related to issues with bone such as paget's disease. Do not wait.
