Have you changed: From night work to day work? Have you seen your doc and had a check up and a sleep study? Your circadian rhythm (day/night cycle) can change a little each day until you are where you need to be. Adjust your schedule in that direction a bit each day. Avoid all stimulants after noon. Exercise. Ask your doc about melatonin. The very best to you.
