Cut calories: Exercise will burn calories, but the surest way to lose weight is to cut your calorie intake. You have to monitor it to be sure. If you drink at all, remember that 1 drink is 90 calories of carbohydrates. For a good long-term regimen that works, check weight watchers online or at their clinics.
