Weight loss: You will not lose weight without changing your diet habits. Exercise is wonderful for numerous reasons but it will not help you lose weight unless you change your diet habits. There is a saying that you can't out exercise a poor diet. I would suggest a journal to keep track of your diet. Consulting with a nutritionist would help you greatly.
