Exercise: There is nothing wrong with being active. You are fit and your body can manage. I would suggest that you do not stop. Make sure you eat healthy - lots of protein, and moderate amounts of carbohydrates and fat.

If stable: And you have no issues doing this exercise, then it is fine. Exercise is very beneficial, especially in diabetes. Keep up the good work.
