Burn: Make appointment today, concern exists for secondary infection, make sure you are up to date on tetanus. If no contraindications medication wise your doc may give you an antibiotic called silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) creme. Make sure you are hydrating enough with water. Best wishes!

May need antibx: Burns are serious, but worse are the infections that can occur afterwards form losing the skins natural protection. I would get it looked at by a dr. As you may be at risk for infection and may need an anti-bx cream or pill to prevent/treat a possible infection. God luck.
