Dry cough: This may be an asthma equivalent, that is a persistent cough without associated wheezing or sputum production. A bronchodilator, corticosteroid combination inhaler would help that type of cough. If you think it's reflux, avoid alcohol,caffeine,nicotine and continue the pantoprazole. If not improved, consult a pulmonologist for evaluation and advice.
