Works outs: Release lots of hormones, some of them relaxing and some energizing. I see that you are in behavior therapy. Perhaps you can discuss the "self talk" that goes on when you work out. MD consult: During workout, adrenaline is released in the blood to break down sugar and fat, and bring more oxygen flow to the muscles. While this "adrenaline rush" is enjoyed by many athletes, the body also reacts w/ "fight or flight" responses. This may give you a feeling of anxiety instead. Please discuss this w/ your dr, as you're taking mediations that affect your body's neural and respiratory responses.

Medical issues : It is possible that there are other underlying medical issues, some of which may by serious, and others less so. Things like dehydration, as well as side effects of meds can play a role. If you have underlying cardiovascular concerns, such as asthma or a cardiac condition, these should be assessed asap.
