I ve extreme difficulty waking up with alarm, can't resist pressing snooze button, this often makes me late for work, any tips to overcome this please help?

Have you: Tried double alarm? More importantly are you getting at least 7.5 to 8 hours sleep per night. Are you going to bed early enough at night to support waking up that early?
