Hi, i have mild sleep apnea and cant wear a ventilator as its too uncomfortable to fall asleep. is there anything else i could do to overcome this cr?

Can't ????: There are at least 3 options for using CPAP with sleep apnea. Masks that cover full face, mid-face and simple nasal pillows. If you haven't been properly fitted with or used all three you should try until you find one you can work with. If your SA is not bad enough to motivate you now it will eventually. There are mouth inserts that help some but results vary.
