Can you tell me what can cause swollen lymph nodes under jaw headache, and fatigue.?

Lots of diseases.: These are nonspecific and some of body's signals that disease is present. All can be due to infections, tumors, inflammatory systemic illnesses, or an immune deficiency condition. Headaches also can be caused by muskuloskeletal and vascular conditions. Fatigue implies general weakness in overall body state. These 3 taken together favor infection, widespread inflammation, or tumors.
