Maybe??: Early signs of bartonellosis include fever, fatigue, head-ache, poor appetite, rash that looks like “stretch marks” & swollen glands. Bartonella tests: Tests: immunofluorescent fluorescent antibody (IFA) assays for IgM &d IgG antibodies. cultures and DNA PCR. Get evaluated to know the cause of your symptoms.
