Not itchy scalp: Strep throat most commonly causes fever and sore throat. Other possible symptoms are swollen lymph nodes in the neck, stomach ache, headache, vomiting, and rash. Step throat does not cause itchy scalp, cough, runny nose, or diarrhea. You should see your doctor to discover the cause of your symptoms.
