Take Vitamin-C: It may be a viral illness in which case it will settle down in one week to 10 days. Vitamin c can be helpful if you take 500mg daily for 2 weeks. If it does not go away in two weeks then you need to go see your doctor and get your blood count checked(cbc).

Orofacial infection: It seems your entire oral-facial, head-and-neck area is affected. As this can be a very dangerous condition to monitor without knowing the cause, visit a dentist and doctor today. This may be infection started from a tooth, or infection started elsewhere and spreading to gums and teeth--hard to tell unless more exam data is collected. Visiting a doctor asap gives you the best chance of recovery.

1' herp stomatitus: Sores all over your mouth, cheeks and gums plus swollen glands are symptomatic of a primary herpetic (gingivo) stomatitis. In essence it is your first exposure to the herpes. Treatment is palliative by taking aleve (naproxen) etc and keeping your mouth clean and 7-14 days it should be gone. You may need to supplemental dental tooth scaling. It is transmittable so avoid kissing others.
