Unrelated: Likely unrelated. The only think I can think of to connect these two would be very high blood pressure. Check your BP ASAP. With persistent nose bleed, see ENT doc

See your PCP: Because even the seemingly simple medical problems can be very complicated. The symptoms can range from deviated septum, coagulopathy to temporal arteritis. See your PCP for consultation, tests, proper diagnosis and treatment if needed.
