Well, I presume the: cryosurgery was done last December to treat areas or spots on the skin that looked suspicious for skin cancer, now or in the future. Having a "pin size spot" in the same area may be the result of healing after freezing or may indicate that spot was ineffectively treated. Good on the sun block and hat! You are nearing the 6 month mark; have your treating Dermatologist recheck this area. Stay well!
