It could be nothing: That being said, it could be a basal cell carcinoma, although you are very young to have one. The nose is a common place for one to appear. You should see a dermatologist and have it removed/biopsied. Removal at this stage is generally the cure if it is a carcinoma. It is, however, at your age, most likely just a cyst of some kind.
