If you have symptoms of increasing confusion, headache, nausea/vomiting, worsening vision, drowsiness, slurred speech get to an ER immediately. Concussion symptoms are usually less severe but could involve memory problems and some headache. If it seems that have these symptoms it would be wise to get checked. The eye itself could be affected by blunt trauma, and an eye exam would rule out injury.

Cannot be precise based on your post, but statistically a "brain bleed" would be unlikely. It appears you may have suffered a Grade 1 concussion. As mentioned, progressive symptomatology would indicate need for medical attention.
